HAIR - Render as - Object deform
It would be great if the object selected for display instead of hair was able to bend using the hair as a guide. I know that this can be implemented through a modifier, but it would be more convenient.

You could do that with curves, example in this danny mac video youtube.com/watch
You can do this with the the Particle Instance modifier. imgur.com/nAUeXtV
Meshes- mathematical model
I am studying facial deformation on Blender considering simulation of actual facial movements after orthognathic surgery for deformities correction (i.e; OrtogOnBlender pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/OrtogOnBlender ) I have a question regarding what type of model deformation (Finite Element Model (FEM), a non-linear FEM, a MSM and a Mass Tensor Model (MTM)) is used in Blender when I am modelling facial mesh acquired from CT scan meshes? I've already search for this on others such as books and email people all around but I could not find anwers for this topic.
* @zazai547 * Hey, that's some really cool stuff! But this is the wrong place to ask. Open a topic on devtalk or head on over to blender chat . You should try to get in contact with Dr. Sybren Stüvel who is head over the animation module.
