Addons Panel
Handling and searching addons through panel list is very difficult and time consuming....There should be an option to convert that N panel addons on top menu bar and it should be customizable (to make categories).

what exactly do you mean by this? Blender doesn't decide where addons place their panels the addon developer does. in that case this isn't a blender issue but a "addons developer(s)" issue. maybe try giving more detail on what exactly you mean?
