noodles not easy to connect in the nodes jungle!
suggestions for node wrangler addon or maybe for directly to blender
why ? coz when too many nodes are there its not easy to drag the output socket towards the input socket in the jungle of nodes to find the input socket of the desired node among too many.
1st idea (zoom out & zoom in) -
-drag and hold the output socket -zoom out while holding the noodle -zoom in over the area of the input node while holding the noodle -find the input node while holding the noodle -connect the noodle to the input socket of the desired node.
2nd idea (click & right click) -
1- connect the noodle
- click on output socket to select it
- zoom out
- navigate to input node
- right click to connect the noodle
2- disconnect the noodle
-ctrl + right click on input our output socket or the noodle to disconnect
3- disconnect multiple noodles
-ctrl + shift + drag right click on the noodles
3- replace the input socket for the noodle
-click on input socket to make the selection
-right click on the new input socket to change the noodle connection
-connect multiple input
-click on output socket
-right click on input socket to connect
-shift right click on other input socket to connect the same output socket

These are actually all implemented, either by default or in Node Wrangler 1: Lazy Connect (NW):
2: Disconnect Connect ( with ctrl)
3: Change Input can be done just by dragging ( Not sure if you mean this, but that's how I understood it)
Ps. Don't make nodes jungle. Keep your nodes tidy :)
dragging like it makes it feel difficult to find the desired input node could be much easier if zoom out and zoom in would work while dragging the noodle if desired input node is far away amoung many nodes, that what i meant of feeling difficult in jungle of nodes.
Lazy Connect opens this Menu where you can choose Inputs and Outputs:
Is not same as zooming in, but I think it solves the issue.
that clearly solves it still zoom in zoom out would be so much intutive if that's possible to implement. that's what i m waiting for.
