Move Collection to Collection from outliner by contex menu
Regarding to Move object to collection from outliner (right click on outliner object/name)
We need to
Move Collection to Collection from outliner by contex menu
If exist many collections, or collection dir is opended where is many objects, and many of this is opended, but some of this we want move to other collection, then we must "playing" in outliner by drag and drop, thats is not comfy when you have 1000 objects (it's nothhing special, to have more that 1K objects, 100 collections, etc.)

why not just use the collection manager that ships with Blender? docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/addons/interface/collection_manager.html
* @testure * It's not working for outliner? Just viewport (object must be active). The case is when outliner have many objects and are located in depth of some project. BTW is possible to move collection to subcollection from CM? IMHO it's not for this. If you have more than 20 collections you can manage the QCD slots, coz are limited to 20, then you can replace ID collections.
