Sculpting Improvements.

I would love to have a way ie, by keyboard shortcut to change the Orbit method from Turntable to Trackball while sculpting. I know I can set it via Prefs but would be great via shortcut so as to not interrupt sculpting. Also If we can have the option to Repeat last stroke would be an awesome feature.
