2.82 texture paint problem
in simple words, you are not able to paint individual pixels. was working in 2.81. you have to be able to paint individual pixel!
just redownloaded 2.81 and its also not working there anymore! worked in my earlier versin of 2.81!

This isn't a feature request (RCS is for feature requests). The place to go to discuss in-development features is devtalk.blender.org . Anyways, this is a known issue and the option to turn this off is in the works: developer.blender.org/D6044
