Duplicate effect strips onto the 2nd half of strips that have been cut.

The current behavior when cutting strips is that if you have an effect, that effect will be lost of the 2nd half of your cut. That's especially noticable when you need the effect to stay on the right half, as it will only keep the effect on the left.

The workaround is to group into a meta strip, but if you then ungroup, you will have lost where your cut was made.

Try it by sellecting a strip with a speed modifier and pressing 'k'.

EDIT:

I noticed recently that this is basically fixed, so if you have an effect strip above your main strip, you can select both and press 'k' to get a duplicate strip effect on the other side too.
