Duplicate with prefix/postfix for faster renaming

The problem: Currently when Blender duplicates an object, it just takes its name and adds a number. That's fine, but if you're, say, duplicating a bone chain for IK, or making a low-poly version of your asset, etc, you have to later spend time renaming your objects. Or, worse, you don't, and your scenes get horribly messy.

The solution: If the Duplicate operator simply had two text box options - "prefix" and "postfix", and instead of adding the number, Duplicate would just add that prefix or postfix, that would eliminate a chunk of time spent by humans doing clerical work.

It would fall back the number if an object with that name already existed.

This seems like an utterly trivial thing to implement, good for a programmer to get his/her feet wet with the Blender codebase.

Once I got very tired of this, when I had more than three dozen objects, each of which was associated with a bone, each bone should have its own name, different from bone 1 bone 2 3. Click twice on each bone ... well. .. in general, the only thing that can help here is adding import of object names into a kind of tabular text editor inside the blender itself, so that you can either set the renaming conditions or manually rename the necessary ones with the specified conditions (as can be done in the bulk renamer) objects.
