UI: Ability to "Solo" an overlay setting

Currently in the overlays panel, if you want to have for example just the "Statistics" overlay enabled and everything else disabled, you'd need to turn everything else off by hand, which can be a tedious back and forth process...

So It would be handy if we could be able to press a modifier key like "Alt" and click on an overlay checkbox and it would toggle all the other overlay checkboxes off but the one we just clicked...

That would be very helpful...
