NLA Overlays

My animation workspace usually contains multiple editors (Dope Sheet, Action Editor, Graph, NLA), so screen space is limited. In the NLA, I often have to open the N-panel to check certain settings—“Reversed” being the most common. Given how high the N panel is in the NLA, it can be a bit painful to find the feature we're looking for.

My idea is to have an “NLA Overlays” menu that globally controls the visibility of visual indicators and icons on strips, showing whether specific options are enabled. In some ways, the “Extrapolation” option already does something similar, showing a dark grey rectangle in the background of the track.
