Uniform Triangles Remesh

Can we get a Uniform Triangles Remesh mode for modifier and Geometry Nodes?

Something like this mesh output

bunny_projtarget_0p1_0p5.png

ideally also with ability to preserve boundary loops and support for planar/thin single sided mesh

remesh_boundary.png

and smoothing (smooth and smooth laplacian modifier can do this actually) remesh_0p1_0p25_1p0_20_40_60_png.PNG

I know that there's an addon that can achieve this, but it's not interactive like modifer/geometry nodes, need to be remeshed manually.

using combination of a remesh modifier and decimate could get a similar result but the triangles size are not uniform.

Having this kind of remeshing could be usefull especially for procedural mesh creation using geometry nodes

Most of the tech to implement this exists in Dyntopo mode for sculpting, so it should be very feasible to add. A modifier or Geometry Node that applies the same across the whole mesh would be exactly what we'd need.

This need to be in Fill operation too. For shapes and holes in meshes...

This tri is perfect for make a clustering by tri, for culling later :) See MeshLet (Mesh shader nvidia) Technologie :)

I thinks tou can get this topology by use tri modifier
