Existing Matrial node
Simple node where all existing matrials are listed in a drop down box. This will enable easy mixing new matrials from existing ones.. i know we can create node group from matrial, but this will be much easy

That already exists, you just create a node group in the material you want to include and then push Shift+A>Group and select the one you want.
Yes but geometry node "things that are at the same level as materials" are node groups by default and that makes certain tasks much faster and easier to think about.
With materials we have to do the extra step of going into every one of them and making the majority of the contents a group.
