Hotkey swapping

sometimes we need to prioritize hotkey as per our need. Currently, i first have to change the hotkey and then search for the option for which the hotkey assigned previously and then assign it another hotkey but it is a long process and sometimes we even forget to change the hotkey so blender should play smartly and swap it. Even some hotkeys are assigned to different purposes in different workspaces.
