Grease Pencil - Snapping and size of control dots on Line, Arc, Curve... tools.

When drawing with the line, polyline, curve, and arc tools the control dots are rather large and opaque making it difficult to position them with other strokes.

Maybe make the dots smaller and configurable.

Holding CTRL will snap the control point to nearest stroke and Shift+CTRL will snap to intersection point of the stroke while restraining to the vertical and horizontal axis.

It would be nice too to be able to nudge the line, arc...etc with the arrow keys before it is finalized and created with the ENTER key.
