reproject strokes on all frames for grease pencil
as a 2d animator is often gets really annoying and tiring having to reproject each strokes manually for each frame , i would suggest having a key bind or command that would do this automatically for all frames

I guess this situation can be happen, when you reproject line-art result onto a certain plane.
If the projection plane is constant, meaning the camera only moves in parallel, there is no problem. You can select all strokes and reproject them in multi-frame mode.
However, when the camera is tracking a subject, it is difficult to reproject the line art seen at once from the correct camera view. In this case, it is necessary to reproject every frame.
What do you mean by "reproject"? Can you provide more details?
