Allow to write values into all the numeral scrollbars alike

and convert it into

. This will make inputting such values faster, specifically for colors .

I already asked for this and people did not get the point ...
* @IIIFGIII * I get the point, though in my personal case I use the numpad in which 0 and . are basically at the same place, so I don't feel concerned.
You can just write .X ;) Same amount of writing.
* @michael * Not the same... when you need to type 0.01 would be much easier to just press 0 twice and then 1 instead of pressing "." then 0 then 1. It also make things easier for users without numpad.
In numeric input fields there is no cases when numbers after 0 go without dot so such feature would not conflict with any thing....
