Skin Modifier - adjust thickness in modifier pane
Currently, if one wants to change the skin thickness it’s necessary to go to Edit mode, Mesh / Transform / Skin Resize. While there is a shortcut key, is there any reason why the thickness value is not visible and adjustable in the modifier pane.

Edit mode -> A -> ctrl A should let you re-thick all at the same time
The reason why they havent is because skin modifier doesn't actually have thickness.
The skin modifier generates the mesh based on the vertices properties, the vertex radii
The vertex radii are used for more than just the skin modifier, it's an attribute that exists even without the skin modifier.
They could add maybe a factor value that changes all the vertex radii uniformly, but I dont think they will for the same reason they've never added location, rotation, or scale to a modifier, its just another transformation, but it applies to only the vertices, not the lines or faces.
I just discovered that you actually do have access to the vertex' skin size... But it's not clearly labeled as such, and divided in X Y channels apparently?
It makes sense to have that here along all the other vertex/edge related properties like Creases and Weights... Though surely it could be made better.
But also, perhaps we could have a global factor in the modifier. That would remove the need to go fiddle in edit mode for all the people who just want a quick and uniform size change.
