Open Recent files for the Text Editor.
I'm learning scripting within blender and I have dozen of small scripts that i keep forgetting their names, I know i should organize myself better but would be helpful if we can have the menu list like it's for the Blend files, so it's easy to find the recent ones for reference.

Great idea. Things like open all files in folder, save all and files shown in tabs would also be useful. If you have a go at hacking it, throw us a post in this BA thread, where we try to keep all Text Editor related things collected: blenderartists.org/t/how-would-you-show-some-love-for-the-blender-text-editor/1163857/
I second this request. An "Open Recent" menu for text/python files would be useful in the Text Editor.
Good idea! This is also useful when you have a library of scripts that you reuse-- just click the recent file and there it is.
