Blender 2.8 suggestion - Blender Fullscreen by default function in Preferences
Hi everyone,
This is a suggestion for the “Fullscreen function to be in the preference tab with a checked box”, instead of the window menu. So, blender will start in fullscreen mode by default.

Fullscreen Suggestion:</br> if anybody doesn’t want to use fullscreen by default, they can simply uncheck the box and save the preference file. Don't have to use save startup file for this function.

No need to.
In your startup file, just put it to fullscreen then save again by doing File > Defaults > Save Startup File
I don't see a reason to make a specific checkbox for that.

you can also change your blender startup shortcut to include the fullscreen flag
