Color labels in outliner and free sort

Hi im using blender for 4 months, and I have one suggestion, could developers put color labels in outliner for any object? That would be mindblowing, very intuitive and very easy for organization! Just like color labels in Photoshop or any other software. Thanks hope somebody will see this, I think it would be a nice feature to have in Blender!

And one more thing, could blender improve better sort for objects in outliner, for example move object above or bellow freely with cursor or via shorcut key just like in photoshop, or could there be option to allow that this things are small but very important
