Copy - Paste Linked

This would save a bit of time. If I copy something, regardless of if it is in my current scene or file, I would love to be able to paste that as a linked instance of the asset.

It would probably need a context menu to pop up with options such as: Relative Path, and whatever else might be fitting. Relative Path shouldn't be needed if copying and pasting from the same file so perhaps the options would be context based.

In case someone says something like, "just hit Alt+D," this still applies to the same file because some of us use multiple scenes within the same file, so to instance data you have to change modes in outliner and drag the object to another scene. It's not the fastest process in the world. There are a few outliner improvements to suggest that might help make this faster as well, like visually showing which objects have linked data. The best I can see is in Blender File mode you can see the number of instances if you drop down the arrow, but I don't see a way of searching for that. That one will be a separate request once I research it a bit more, but wanted to mention it now just in case this gets added and someone combines that into the same feature improvement.
