"Only Selected Keyframes Handles" on by default

I use the Graph Editor a lot, basically can't animate without it, and whenever I try to encourage others to use it they might get intimidated by how messy it looks by default because of all the handles being visible. I think by making the "Only Selected Keyframes Handles" be on by default it'll make the workspace more approachable, and honestly I can't think of a common scenario where someone would want all the handles to be visible. it only makes sense to have the better setting be on by default.
