Increase scale of windows grab handles/frame
It's difficult to grab the window handles/frame with a tablet, especially on high dpi monitors. Please give us an option to increase the grab distance from (i think) 4 pixels to a higher value.

yes it would be great to have a more reliable way to play around with windows, it is always a strugle for me, and kind of embarrassing when showing blender to someone :(
@Frederico Martins: Have you tried changing the 'Line Width' to 'Thick', in the User Preferences? It's only by a few pixels though, but I found it very helpful for my tablet use at least :-)
+1 my hands started to cramp just looking at this. Would be really neat to have it fixed before 2.8 is finalized
YES! This is my biggest peeve with 2.8 now...
