Outliner: when Shift-Click, first collapse the tree, then open everything
Currently if you Shift-Click on an item in the outliner, it first opens all sub folder trees. You have to shift-click again to close all.
It is much more common to close rather than open everything - most of all because Blender doesn't really remember what was open/closed between scenes, workspaces, etc. One ends up clicking too many times to sort out the structure of the outliner.
In order to save a click (and in a big scene it'll add up quickly) make Shift-Click to first close all sub-trees, then open all.
