Graph Editor: Batch remove all FCurve modifiers
It's easy to add modifier to all fcurves with alt left click, but the same cannot be done for removing modifiers from all fcurves.

Good catch, I don't think such an operation exists. Will ask, perhaps someone from the community could contribute it.
Created a design task for anyone in the community to pick it up. It should be relatively straight forward since there are other operations that work like that (like Adding an FCurve Modifier, for example)

You can delete modifiers in bulk on a selection of objects with the menu Object ⟩ Modifiers ⟩ Clear Object Modifiers :
That's for Object modifiers, I think the OP means modifiers on FCurves/channels in the Graph Editor.
