Pup-up keyframe when the time line hover on it

i think it will be great and make the life easier when the timeline hover on a keyframe make it bigger when some time you think that you're modifying that keyframe actually and find out that you created a new one just in the next frame, so frustrating . and the solution is changing the sizewhen the time line is above the keyframe by making it bigger slightly....

also i am thinking about when we move a keyframe of property named "A" to frame where there is another keyfreme of property named "B" it will make them also bigger before release .

an also it will be good if we are above a keyframe that already exist while we move that will indicate us as a warnig to accidently over rite that keyframe and helpfully if we want that happen .
