Custom Splash Screens

The title pretty much sums it up. I think we need custom splash screens. I'm not saying the default ones are bad or anything, they're wonderful. but looking at the same splash screen everyday gets kinda boring, especially if you use the LTS releases

It doesn't add anyhting to the productivity but it still makes a big difference. like desktop wallpapers it makes blender look more personalised, fresh and truly yours :)

I have a faint memory that was part of the "Blender 101" project, which should be worked on this year if I remember correctly.

It's not really documented anywhere that I could find but you can set a custom splash png path with the environment variable BLENDER_CUSTOM_SPLASH
