Snapping-Modes as Pie-Menu again

Currently the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Tab shows the modes for snapping as follows:

Prior to that the snapping-modes were in a Pie-Menu. By that the different modes were much faster and easier to choose "by stroke":

So it would be great to get it back; at least as an option.

Where would you store each checkbox for all the snap elements and the "affect" settings too in this pie menu? It can became quite messy without sub sections but it doesn't really fit into Blender UIX design choices.
