"math" prefix for the maths nodes
Hi, the Math/Vector Math nodes takes the title of the operation used (eg. "Add", "Multiply", etc).
But this makes sometimes things complicated to understand when checking a nodes setup (eg. in a tutorial) because the "Math" word is not written in the title.
For example, I just spent 15 minutes trying to find where was the "Distance" node. As a matter of fact, this is an operation available in the Vector Math node.
Why not using prefixes for the titles of thoses nodes, like "Math - Add" or "Vector Math - Distance" ?
This would make things easier to understand.
Thanks !

Yes, yes, 10000 times yes! Math and Vector Math are the ONLY nodes that do this, which also makes them inconsistent with every other node
Same problem with some other nested nodes like Filter in Compositor.
More important issue is that you can't search for nested nodes, if you don't know that Ping-Pong node is actually inside math, you out of luck. Very bad to new users or cases where you know name of node but forgot it's exact place.
with the new function of dragging a node 'noodle' and dropping it in empty space, a search dialog comes up and that will actually show you math>ping-pong if you search 'ping' - which is inconsistent with the 'Add' menu search, I guess because noodle search is for inputs/outputs not whole nodes
