Grease Pencil: Eyedropper in topbar

It would be super duper amazing if an Eyedropper tool icon was added to the topbar beside the Color "brush" button. Currently to sample a color in the scene or from the background reference image one needs to click the Color button, and then click the Primary or Secondary color button, and then click the Eyedropper icon.

A comment in another post pointed out that pressing "E" when the mouse is over the Color button is a shortcut to the Eyedropper tool. With the tool in the topbar it would be a benefit to tablet users. This would make drawing 2D more efficient when sampling different colors.

From many many hours of experience, when I sample colors with the Eyedropper it is primarily for the FILL color; this would be the default target color. Holding SHIFT (which undoubtedly is mapped to a tablet button) would sample the underlying pixel for the STROKE color.

To clarify the sample color would be applied to the active "Material". Typically my scenes have 3 materials defined: Stroke_MAT, Fill_MAT, and StrokeFIll_Mat . If I had Stroke_MAT material selected and I tried to sample for the FILL color, nothing would happen (oh yeah, I need to press SHIFT for Strokes).

you can probably write it as an addon or use pie menu editor to add a button
