Propose Static Keymap Export

I stumble upon an issue while creating blender keymaps, that is some of the hotkeys will conflicting others based on the object you selected. See Video Demo Here

For example. A polygon object will have Object, Edit, Sculpt, Vertex Paint modes etc, while Grease Pencil will have their similar sets with "Draw mode". Even though these two objects having the same "Object Mode" but behind the scene they are entirely 2 different mode sets exclusive to it's object. The issue here is when you modify or create a new keymap while selecting GP Object, It will only save GP object modes and reassign or remove polygon object's hotkey to something else. Same goes to Armature, lights, curves, you name it.

At first I thought it might be Blender bug and submitted a report here . But turns out it is working as intended , since Blender Keymap Editor doesn't support saving multiple object mode sets. So you would end up saving only 1 mode of keysets and others have to left blank or auto reassigned to avoid issues.

My proposal is to allow keymap editor to recognize Polygon, Grease pencil, Armature etc to able to have their own unique keymaps without conflicting each other. And export each category individually.

TLDR. creating keymaps based on selected object will mess up other object's keys.

So yeah, it's not a bug, just Keymap Editor needs update.
