Ability to 'Close' a duplicate suggesion
It would be good if a suggestion could be flagged as a duplicate, (necessary in fact. we will get a lot as time passes)

That's a good call. Should this be a moderator task, or could it be community-driven somehow?
Ideally community driven (3+ users mark as duplicate, like SE).
