"splash screen" or "recent files" down arrow scroll through all options
i know blender development fund is importent
but i would much rather prefer that when i press down arrow or up arrow on the splash screen when blender opens, that it scrolls through the 'recent files' and 'new file' instead of just staying at 'development fund'.

Please add "splash screen" or "recent files" to the title of this proposal, so that it is easier to understand.
