Allow sub options for all curve types in preferences.

Currently in blender's preferences, the "New F-Curve Defaults" has the ability to chose the default Interpolation. When you have Bezier selected, you can then also pick what the handles will do by default. But then if you pick another curve type, like cubic, you don't get any sub-options for that interpolation type. The interface still says "handles" which are Bezier curve specific and don't effect how other interpolations work. It would be far more intuitive and helpful to have the interface change to the sub options of the curve type selected. For Cubic the list of options should be the four Keyframe Easing types that are already available for Cubic in the Graph Editor. Automatic, Ease In, Ease Out and Ease in & out. Currently when you have Cubic set as the default curve type, blender defaults to "Ease Out" forcing the animator to correct the curve at every keyframe if they prefer another interpolation method.
