CURVES: more context sensitivity in dialogs re 2d vs 3d curves

Some parameters/arguments are appropriate and functional with EITHER 2d or 3d curves, but not both.

I suggest that parameters and arguments that are not appropriate be GHOSTED (not vanished, that's bullshit ) when the Curve type changes between 2d and 3d, and that the values be preserved even when ghosted.

The Blender practice of vanishing context inappropriate functiongs instead of ghosting them continues to make the application DESERVE it's "hard to learn" reputation.
