Disable Tool Tips in Asset browser only
I've discovered while in sculpting mode the tool tips/brush descriptions block viewing of brushes in the Asset Browser with the oversize banner.
As a new user, I would still like to access tool tips for tools outside of the asset browser but not for brushes while in sculpt mode.
I understand that I can disable the Tool Tips for everything in the Preferences>Interface, but as mentioned, I would like to be able to disable them just in the asset browser.

Could you share a screenshot of the issue?
I reckon they meant the Asset Shelf:
It is occluding the brushes (or any other asset). But at the same time, the tooltips are quite useful to know what these assets are, and the default sculpt brush are a good example of how useful tooltips can be.
Since in the Asset Shelf, most of what you need to see will be on the right or left of the cursor, perhaps a nice solution would be for the Asset Shelf to show its tooltips below or above the mouse instead of on the side.
But being able to select which editors can have tooltips can be nice too. If not both x)
