Bring back "apply" and "copy'' buttons in modifies
I still think its unnecessary to hide those buttons. We have to do one more steps to apply modifies and it also makes newbie confused when they almost learn blender through version 2.8

Have you tried shortcuts? CTRL+A and SHIFT+D (apply/copy, like in viewports). It's faster than clicking any button.
* @Bartek Moniewski * i use it. But sometime it opens "apply the object transformation" which make me headache
* @tks_4going2me * Yeah because you have your mouse over the viewport. You need to have it over the modifier you want to perform the action on
