Recurring "Options" panel in Weight Paint
Just noticed this little recurring name, I leave to the comments a better proposal

- Settings (instead of the second options)

In fairness, the first Options is actually a subpanel of the Brush panel whereas the second one is a first-class panel for the Draw context.
That said, the repeat naming could be confusing on themes where there's a less clear distinction between subpanels and panels. I agree that something should probably be done, but your proposal doesn't seem very consistent with the rest of Blender, so I think we should try and think through this a little bit more.
