Camera Match Tool
Tool for architectural visualizations I'm really missing in blender (100% sure not I'm alone :) ).
The basic idea of this : tool that activates handles in view port so you can align them over existing background image (photo) to get correct perspective for camera.
There is addon like blam and uvunproject but they work only in some very specific conditions. Like 99% of the time im having photo where it just can't be made with automatic solution and i need to manually tweak camera. However without such tool it's almost impossible to do correctly.
Soo , i don't know how hard is to implement such thing in blender but it would be awesome to see this in future.

There's also an addon called Camera calibration using perspective view of rectangles (sic) that works great. I actually use this instead of BLAM: easier and reliable.
@: Cool ill give it a try. Hovever , native solution still would be great ! Every 3D software i have used before blender has such by default. It can only add bonus points to blender greatness :)
@: Ok i have checked the tool - it's awesome, however in my case does not help a lot. When you just model on top of photo it's great but in situation where you have propper scale model and need to fit it inside photo it's not so great :(

The road is at correct dimensions - used topography as basis so it must match photo.

@aiduss: I'ts a bit hidden, but you can set proper dimensions. In the toolproperty tweak (T-panel) given that you now or can approximate the size of the element you are using for perspective
@: And that's all point of my post :) Blender needs tool that does this task much more user friendly :) At the moment it's too overcomplicated :(
@Lsscpp: Anybody know if this tool will be updated to 2.8. Downloaded it today and it is not working on latest build.

I've used BLAM in the past to good effect. I never had trouble aligning any photos with it, so I can't comment on the issues you've faced, but native support for this functionality would definitely be a welcome addition.
