Enable feedback gizmos during hotkey tranforms

When using tools in the toolbar some tools offer feedback gizmos during the operation. For example, rotating shows the amount of rotation.

These are not visible when started via a hotkey. It would be nice if these can be enabled, maybe as a preference when hotkeys are used.
