Add option to override node width restrictions

Node trees can get quite large and cramped, and sometimes it would be really helpful to be able to make a node a bit smaller than the hardcoded minimum for that particular node. For example: It would be great if we could have an option to bypass this restriction, whether via a modifier key while resizing, an option in the N panel, or by some other means.
