Customization of icon colors

While customizing the blender, I ran into the problem that I can't change the color of the icon in sculpture mode and edit mode. I have looked through the Themes settings 3 times and in the section "User Interface" -> "Icon Colors" only the sidebar is replaced.

Setting the cursor in sculpting mode replaces only the cursor color, but not the icons, I would like the icon color to change along with the cursor color or just add additional settings to the "Icon Colors" section.
