Collection Outliner Wireframe Toggle

Currently, the Collection Outliner offers various filtering options like visibility, selection, and rendering. However, there's no quick way to visualize a collection as a wireframe directly within the Outliner. This makes it cumbersome to toggle wireframe visibility for multiple collections, especially when working with complex scenes.

I think to be complete, this proposal should outline what happens if an object is in multiple collections - similar to the visiblity flags (object is visible if any collection it is in is visible)

First i was wondering if that could be done with some kind of macro script, just by selecting the objects in the collection and switching to wireframe. Bu ideally, for a lot of workflows, we need something that can flag the collection it self. Working with booleans we can just throw objects in the collection and it will automatically turn in to wireframe for that object. Maybe that can be done with python idk. I'm not a programmer but i can mess with the blender api ui: Maybe even a subpanel with "Viewport Options", that would be cool.
