Outliner- "Collapse heirarchy" option in right-click menu

Maybe shortcut like TAB is also helpful to toggle collapse and open because we already goto edit and object mode with TAB.

Also when i press M inside outliner to move in collection, it works fine for object but when i want to move collection inside collection, it fails.
