simple time line
When Blender is opened, the timeline takes up a lot of space.
It looks complicated because there are so many settings in it.
The timeline can be opened in its smallest form and the view can be seen as I added in the sample image. It can be restored when the window size is enlarged.

Make it whatever size you want, or remove it completely, and save that as your default scene.
My wish is to have a simple timeline in the first entry, like Maya3D, C4D, 3DS Max. Optional timeline enlargement.
This is a very nitpicky request in my opinion. It doesn't take up that much space if you only have that and the 3D viewport open.
