Show Subtype in the Custom Properties UI by Default

Problem

When creating custom properties, the Subtype field is hidden by default and is only shown if the user adds a comma after entering a floating point number in the Property Value field i.e: 1.0,

This is very obscure and also undocumented. So unless a user is aware of it, they're prevented from creating data of different types such as Euler or Quaternion etc.

Proposal

Show the subtype field in the Custom Properties UI widget by default

It is documented. But it is weird and inconsistent. Be much better if value (sub-) type was just selectable. ^

Created a general proposal for subtypes usage in custom properties - blender.community/c/rightclickselect/ExEm/

I just had a look at this; the reason this is like this is because sub-types are only supported for array types. I will look into just adding this for any numeric types as well.
