it will cost blender team to hire some web developer . instead of paying him, it is better to post duplicate which can later merge into single proposal.

I like the way jetbrains handles it, they have below the form a field "Similar Issues and articles": "When you start to enter a summary, issues, tickets, and articles that may address the same topic are shown here".
However the pain point would probably to modify the gitea code...so i dunno a) if it's even possible and b) worth the efforts whilst the devs could spend time actually developing and fixing blender.
The ability to search for existing similar bugs to help reporters avoid submitting duplicate reports

As you probably already know, the projects.blender.org/blender/blender/issues website is based on Gitea .
