make cycle a render delegate for USD / hydra

It would be great that blender can export a renderable USD, to render a USD scene with Cycles.

I know that tangent is already working on it, github here : github.com/tangent-opensource/hdcycles but it should be in blender main branch of development (with USD in general) and a smart move to join tangent in this.

As some other threads already explain, like blender.community/c/rightclickselect/QQbbbc/

USD is the path many studios follows or hopes to, from smaller one (like the one i'm working in) to major one ( ILM, Weta & co.), as it's the smarter way to deals with scene sharing / override / collaboration / rendering

why rendering in usd ?

posting a scene with packing everything or sending a complex hierachy to a renderfarm can be tricky and load time can be huge.

Pixar USD can regroup everything and go to a renderfarm more easily than any other format. It also allow override, so multiple scenes can be rendered from the same usd file, with custom render settings for each (not doable for now in blender as far i know)

all major render engine already jumped in this, arnold, renderman, redshift... Cycles can be in this too

the first step, as we are already able to export USD, can be to add shaders / lights and render parameters to usd export
