Export Grease Pencil Scene To Opentoonz for painting
add an export feature that lets us export the grease pencil scene to opentoonz.keeping its animation frame data and seperating the lines used into different color swatches. Like how clip studio paint can export its animation scenes as opentoonz scene files for painting.

I'm pretty sure to have read somewhere that the BF doesn't intend to assume the responsibility of developing and maintaining bridges for a 3rd party proprietary/paid software; because the BF is a small team with very limited manpower and already enough work on their hands for the next ten years, and assuming proprietary/paid softwares or their user base are more likely to have the resources to do it themselves anyway.

Opentoonz, Krita and the like is also FOSS software like blender, an open interchange format would be great!
Probably just "better SVG support" but Lottie is also interesting. Though that would require contributions to all of them in parallel ;D
