More obvious RELOAD/REFRESH images in VSE
I've looked for this function repeatedly, and if it's there -- which it may not be -- it's not conspicuous. At all.
Hidden functions might as well not be there.
It's not in the RMB menu, it's not in the VSE timeline menu, it's not in the N-sidebar
I see there's a GitHub addon for refreshing image sequences, but REALLY, it should be a conspicuous option in the main program. This is a basic editing function, especially when teamed with a 3d animation program.

Yup! It should be at least available in the Sidebar's Strip Tab, that's exactly the kind of things the Source panel would be expected to have:
Also, in the Outliner's Video Sequence display:
Control R refreshes the sequencer, Shift R reloads strips if I remember right. They are respectively in the View, and Sequencer -> Inputs menus.
